Analysis On Color Psychology Of Subway

  • Communicated Color Identity

According to the research I have done to the Subway Logo, based on the reviews I got much information as possible to the public and users do not know about the purposes behind Subway logo itself and also the history of the logo. But here I just made a detailed study of the user's purpose in the colors of the Subway logo. Subway in their logo, which is using two colors, yellow and green. Color green in the drawing icon logo for Subway, namely healthy. The use of green color in the Subway logo produces a great effect and carries a massive role in convincing consumers that Subway is an industry leader in healthy eating, and its sandwiches are a healthier. The yellow color, on the other hand, stands for richness, happiness, optimism and joy. And color are also meaning yellow and green colors and a slight change in the font which perfectly matched their slogan "eat fresh".

  • Actual Identity

From my research about Subway currently logo, I have my own opinion about the use of color in the logo. For my opinion, I agree with the use of the color green and yellow and with some combination of white color in the Subway logo. For me the purpose of wishing to be served by the manufacturer of the highly effective logo and has its own purpose. For the use of yellow and green for me, very interesting user. This is because the color used shows it is nutritious and fresh food. Color that is used very early intended because they want to make producers restaurant fast-food but they want to maintain their level of health in the product. And it is very effective because the color combination is perfect for me because once we see the logo, we can feel something fresh and healthy.

  • Conceived Identity

Based on observations of Subway logo colors of people, I found there are some opinions that are very different from all the actual statement. Some have argued that the use and combination of color yellow and green in the logo is very simple and not interesting. Some said, the color that makes them feel like to enjoy, fresh and more confident to eat because it look more healthier. And some even agree with the color and they stated the color is perfect for fresh and nature things like the salads, thing show the green color. And also have said it taste and look more deeply it is a very healthy product and guaranteed its use.

  • Desired Identity

Based on the actual identity and identity conceived, I found discrepancy ideas and opinions of users of color in the Subway logo, where there are some who agree, like and stating it is very suitable for use in the logo. And that might not quite agree because for them the color can not be attracted and their tastes. But for me, I very much agree with the use and combination of color used on the Subway logo. This is because for me the yellow and green in the Subway logo reflects enough it is something things fresh as well as healthy. And it is very much in accordance with the concept made "eat fresh". Because the green color reflects enough it is something fresh and healthy. On the other hand reflect the joy and yellow. It is very appropriate at all because if we take the things fresh and nutritious indirectly we will be happy.

  • Ideal Identity

Any I could give to the Subway based on the analysis and the research on Subway logo, at the original logo for me interesting enough and suitable for product that maintains freshness and nutritious. But for my opinion may be in the logo can add to the color orange or red for two-two color is able to attract the masses it is because if we look at the color we will feel hungry. And if we look at the fast-food restaurant for the rest they will use the color red and orange in their logo. Nor were donned in color background to raise again the Subway typo.
