Final Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1. Be able to develop and process creative ideas from initial sketches through to finished printed resolutions. First thing I do the research about board game, the layout and the packaging. After that, I finalize the idea and I make a some sketches about that. After I done everything I print out the layout and the making process.

2. Demonstrate imaginative and creative responses to given projects. I do the mock-up to get the imaged about my board game and I try to develop the original ideas. And get some responses and opinion from my lecture.

Thinking skills

3. Be able to undertake visual research to support their ideas. Do a reasearch about the board game and try to develop with our own ideas. And go to toy shop for get some idea for the packaging board game. Make some research about the material want to use for example wood is suitable to make packaging board game.

4. Recognise how their practices are pertinent to a wider cultural context. Do the experiments about the materials, it is suitable to use in board game and apply the ideas from the artist that we influenced.

Subject-based practical skills

5. Be able to work safely and competently within a range of Graphic Design techniques and practices. Be careful be careful when using the knife to cut the material. And put the elements graphic design in the board game such as the design, color and typography.

6. Develop the use of these techniques within their own areas of study and interests. In develop my skills in Ai to create the layout and design for board game. And I also should use Ai to create the outline of my base game because I use laser cut to make the base board game, and should setting all thing before I do the laser cut.

7. Work safely in studios and workshops with a knowledge and practical understanding of health and safety issues. Get a guide from the professional person to do the laser cutting and behave ourself if in that room.

Skills for life and work (general skills)

8. Work within a given time frame. I try to finish all thing on time and updates everything in my blog about my progress, ideas and so on.

9. Contribute to group activities, i.e. seminars, critiques, etc. Present our ideas to the classmate and get some advise and opinion from them, and give a help to the another members if their need a helps. Share and buy the materials if we use the same materials.
