The Problems

Before the art festival was held we encountered some problems, for example, issues of preparation and the stuffs we order from China get a problem with the delivery. The stuffs arrive not the time and date we want the thing, it delay for one week and because that we should postpone our art festival to one week. With the time we have before the stuffs arrived we make a proper preparation for the art festival. Leader, assistance leader, event manager and leader of art direction went an meet a HEP Department to confirm everything which related with the art festival. And we also went meet maintainers to arrange about the tables and chairs for our art festival.
