For the event marketing
team they should write the proper proposal about the our art festival because
us should get a permission from our head master of university and after he
approved our proposal and then we can make the art festival. In the proposal
have a outlines the details and management plan for the art festival. And all
project, timeline, scope of work and responsibilities and professional fees. At
the first proposal we have a some problem because we should change a date of
the art festival. It because the stuffs we order from China come late and we
can did the art festival at the date we discuss at the first. And leader,
assistance leader, event marketing team and lecture module sit together to
discus again with the date. After we get know when the stuffs will arrive we
decide the date and agree with the date.
