Synopsis Of Installation Art at Bagan Lalang.

            To accomplish this task for the theme Color and Design in 2D and 3D Dimension, students should be taking a trip into Bagan Lalang Beach which has been arranged by the module leader for this subject. In Bagan Lalang, students were divided into several groups. And for students who take this subject there are only three people and it is quite difficult to complete an assignment within the time specified in the group due to a lack of men power. But that's not the reason for our complete and execute group tasks given. The first step made by the students of Color and Design in 2D and 3D Dimension is choosing an appropriate area to make installation art. And so on, we think of some ideas to make the installation art, and end with consensus, we agreed to make a Color Wheel on the sand and we combine the Color Wheel with the word "SOMAD". "SOMAD" depiction of us from school Art and Design. For "O" in the word we have replaced it with the Color Wheel we make using items found around the coastal areas for example plastic, stone, mineral water, cap of bottle, plastic ice cream, dry leaves and so on. And after that, we separate the goods according to the three primary color and secondary color. And for the letter "S, M, A, and D" we dig the sand and we make it seem as emboss technique. In this task we can use not only once the technique we learn for example color wheel and emboss technique but we also learn to maintain environmental cleanliness of the beach and as we gather and collect items that wasted around coastal areas to serve as color wheel in our assignments.
